Contemplate Yoga Series:
Exploring the Chakras

Wednesdays, 8–9 am ET • 9/7–11/9

Online • By donation

Join us for a 10- week journey through the Chakras and creatively explore layers of movement, breath and meditation to support our relationship to these spinning wheels of energy (chakra). These frameworks are to support our well-being and offer us tools to attune to our subtle body. Most importantly, offering us a way to interact with our vital life force, Prana, creatively!

Join us for one or all of the morning conversations. This is a donation-based series that will include lecture, discussion and exploration.

Compassionate Senior Yoga Training Certification

Friday 9/23 & Saturday 9/24 • 10am–5pm

Hybrid • $180

This two-day program, developed by Heather Hagaman and Maryam Ovissi, will cultivate the skills of compassion and understanding for the journey of aging. The skill and art of teaching chair yoga will be one focus of this two-day program. We recognize chair yoga is for everyone and not only for seniors. Feel free to attend this workshop to build skills for chair yoga in general. Props, including the wall, will be used often.

Aging is a natural journey. Today, seniors, aged 65 and older, represent the fastest-growing sector of the population. In the diverse field of Yoga, one of the greatest needs is to offer safe, customized and joyful spaces for seniors to gather, connect and cultivate reverence for themselves and each other.

Retreat, Restore, & Renew

Friday, 10/21 – Sunday, 10/23 at
Moon Meadows Farm in Kearneysville, WV

CEUs for YA & IAYT • Pricing varies depending on selected accommodations

Many of us have been holding tremendous space for others and have not stopped working since the onset of the pandemic in March of 2020. Layers upon layers of collective trauma can leave us depleted. This retreat is designed to process and begin the work to restore ourselves.

Have you taken time to process, rest, restore, and address your own fatigue and nourishment?

This retreat is for anyone who works in a field where you show up for others holistically with your wisdom and presence to create healing and growth. This includes yoga teachers, yoga therapists, therapists, mind/body practitioners, educators, medical providers, and life and executive coaches.
